INSIGHT provides a collaboration of traditional and wholistic mental health services, including short/long-term psychotherapy, medication management, case consultations, community support groups, and psychedelic-assisted therapy education & integration.

At INSIGHT, we recognize the individual needs of each human being may differ, and offer services designed to support the development of emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health.

Our Mission

We see a future where mental health is normalized as part of self-care; we are dedicated to shifting the mental health paradigm towards one of wholistic healing. INSIGHT respects every client’s lived experience, including ethnicity/race, sexual orientation, religion and gender.

Founded during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, our team consists of passionate mental health professionals dedicated to serving the collective and individual needs of our changing mental health landscape.  

Using principles from wellness practices such as meditation, breathwork, yoga and psychedelic-psychotherapy, in concert with traditional therapeutic modalities, we provide a unique approach to helping others find healing for struggles with

• All INSIGHT mental health providers have undergone professional mental health training (Master’s level and above) in the United States and are fully certified and licensed to practice in the state of Michigan.
