INSIGHT offers both short- and long-term psychotherapy tailored to the custom needs of each client.
Our therapists have received formal training from a broad range of therapy backgrounds including Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Insight Oriented Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Most of our therapists use a blend of therapeutic techniques to serve their clients and may also include support for additional wellness modalities, such as journaling, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, music, nutrition, yoga, movement and more.

We focus on client-centered paths that allow our clients to not only learn more about themselves, but receive support for each leg of the journey.
We see mental health through a wholistic lens, addressing every facet of the fellow human being that we are serving.
Therapy sessions are currently offered exclusively via Zoom using our HIPAA-compliant software.
Weekend and evening appointments are available.
Frequency of therapy sessions are typically weekly, but we are committed to finding a schedule that works for you, on a case-by-case basis. We look forward to connecting with you.
